  • Clayton Loges, co-founder and CEO


    An experienced international entrepreneur in telecom, retail and advertising, Clay was formerly CEO of Segol RadioPAGE Inc., a Russian telecom start up that built three networks and serviced 50K+ subscribers, achieved $17+ million in sales and its growth included acquisitions of a competitors as well as successfully raising institutional funding from The U.S. Russia Investment Fund. Prior to RadioPAGE, Clay pioneered the quick oil change business by building the service chains from the ground up in two markets – Washington and California. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Clay worked at Washington Mutual and IBM. For the past five years, prior to developing the Yodio concept, Clay has been involved in the marketing and sales of wireless phone services and mobile solutions with extensive focus and experience marketing GPS locating solutions.

  • Jon Whiting, CTO


    Jon cut his teeth on the Windows Media deployment team as a Streaming Application Developer. Building on this valuable experience, Jon held positions as Developer, Lead Developer, Director of Development, Director of New Products, and Director of streaming for e-Media as it grew to the third largest streaming company. He then sharpened his knowledge of streaming statistics and billing information as a Technical Engineer for Streaming Media Corp. As Chief Technical Officer for Digital Cinema Solutions, Jon co-founded and led the technology development for this digital theater playback system and distribution network for independent theaters. More recently Jon has worked on leading edge applications with FLASH technology and web services. Today Jon is a rockstar on streaming and digital content distribution.

  • Kimberly Hankins, co-founder and Administrative exec


    Kimberly is a veteran of multiple startups – both as a sole proprietor and as a member of teams. With a keen mind for systems and functionality, Kimberly’s focused and practical approach to implementation helps us make the series of leaps that complete the path from vision to reality. Every company has someone who is the “glue that binds” in their company, and Kimberly’s intelligence, technical knowledge, and broad range of skills qualify her to be tagged as the “glue” for Yodio.

  • Tim Zier, CFO


    Tim's background includes six years as Chief Financial Officer of Logitech, a worldwide leader in personal computer peripheral devices, where he supervised the company’s IPO, two years as Chief Operating Officer of Canadian-based Advanced Gravis, three years as Chief Financial Officer of two venture-backed emerging growth software companies, five years at Tandem Computers (including serving as the company's International Business Manager), and five years at Deloitte & Touche in San Francisco. Tim owned and operated Turn Off the TV, a Seattle-based retail chain and catalog/online business specializing in games and educational products. He also co-founded Timacheff-Zier, a corporate communications and brand strategy firm in the Seattle area. As founder and CEO of TURN OFF the TV, Inc., Tim led this multi-channeled marketer of specialty games, activities and educational toys for six years. The company marketed and distributed its products through its consumer catalog, Internet site and retail outlets. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Washington State University and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

  • Dustin Walling, Strategic advisor


    Founder of Wallingford Research, Dustin has led this company for 10+ years. Wallingford is a privately held technology consultancy focusing on utilizing Internet technologies to produce business solutions. The company offers a full line of technical consulting services including custom programming, systems integration, and operational support across a variety of platforms and technologies. Dustin Walling has worked with a wide range of organizations providing services ranging from strategic planning to technical implementation. Sample clients from this range include: Warner Bros., Hollywood Video, Reel.com, Game Crazy, Design Within Reach, Sur la Table, Movie Gallery, iParty, and others. Dustin has been a valued advisor to Yodio, and previously he has advised several other companies led by CEO Clay Loges. Dustin’s wide-ranging knowledge of organizations and technology is a very valuable combination of skills that have proven valuable to many companies as they seek to adapt their organizations to rapidly changing technology environments.

  • Philipp Schmid, Audio architect


    Philipp is an accomplished speech processing specialist and development lead. While at Microsoft, Philipp co-developed the Speech API for Windows XP and Windows Vista, as well as Microsoft Speech Server 2004 and Microsoft Speech Server 2007. In addition, he was instrumental in bringing speech recognition to the Microsoft Tablet PC, AutoPC, and Microsoft OfficeXP. Philipp received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Oregon Graduate Institute and spent two years at MIT as a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Laboratory for Computer Science where he focused on the development of dialog processing frameworks and telephony-based applications. Philipp holds two U.S. patents and has nine additional applications pending.

  • Joseph Whitford, partner, Davis Wright Tremaine - Seattle office


    Joe focuses on capital formation and general counsel activities, ranging from emerging businesses to publicly held companies in a variety of high growth industries, including software and information technology, life science and medical devices and retail. Prior service includes attorney with the Division of Corporation Finance at the Securities and Exchange Commission, Washington, D.C. Joe has been named as one of "America's Leading Business Lawyers" by Chambers USA, 2004-2005, and is listed as a "Super Lawyer," Washington Law & Politics, 2001-2004. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Union College and a J.D. from the Syracuse University.

  • Sonja Loges, Public Relations and Marketing support


    Sonja is an original visionary of the Yodio concept. During the development of the Yodio concept, she was a student at Marquette University earning degrees in Public Relations and Marketing. While working in subsequent public relations positions with Edelmann in Chicago and then Kohl’s in Milwaukee in 2007, she also served as our on-the-ground PR person at DEMO ’07 in Palm Springs. She continues to serve as our public relations advisor. As a heavy user of FaceBook and social networks, she is a key adviser for developing services meeting the expectations of the on-line generation.
